Due to the personalized nature of our services and the time invested in preparing reports, we generally do not offer refunds once a consultation has been completed or a report has been delivered.
If you wish to cancel a booked consultation, you must do so at least 24 hours in advance to be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment may not be eligible for a refund.
